Established in 2021, Coastal Brokerage was built on a simple intention: to offer lending advice that feels personal, honest, and genuinely supportive. This approach of treating every client as an individual, not a number, continues to be at the heart of what we do.
Our business is guided by the values we live by every day: integrity, by always putting our clients’ interests first; clarity, by explaining your options in plain language; and care, because we truly understand the importance of the role we play in your financial future. Combined with decades of expertise and a genuine interest in the property market, these values shape the way we work with our clients everyday.
In 2023 we opened our first bricks and mortar office in Bellambi, NSW, giving clients the choice to work with us face-to-face in the Illawarra, or virtually, wherever they are in Australia.
Today, Coastal Brokerage is a highly successful brokerage which has been built almost entirely through word of mouth. Our commitment to clear advice, genuine care, and long-term support has earned us lifelong clients and a consistent 5-star rating on Google.

Nadine Sassall
With more than 12 years in finance, 8 years in construction, 2 years in real estate, and a Diploma of Mortgage Broking and Financial Services, Nadine brings a broad and practical understanding of the property landscape to the Coastal Brokerage team. Having called Wollongong home since 2002, she’s deeply connected to the local community and understands the region’s unique lifestyle and property market.
Known for her exceptional customer service, Nadine genuinely loves helping people achieve their property goals, especially guiding first-home buyers through that exciting first step. Her approach is always people-first, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process. As a proud mum of two teenagers, she balances her professional life with a strong family foundation, bringing empathy, care, and dedication to everything she does at Coastal Brokerage.
